Terms of Use

Plain English. Last updated: May 2026.

Ranking King is designed to reduce legal risk, but these terms should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before commercial launch.

1. Friendly play only

Use Ranking King for friendly group play only. Do not use it to bully, shame, threaten, expose, harass, pressure, or target anyone.

Rankings should feel silly and fun — not personal or humiliating.

2. Family-friendly content only

Ranking King does not allow adult, explicit, hateful, violent, or humiliating content.

All gameplay should be appropriate for a mixed-age group. The following are not allowed anywhere in the game:

3. Use a nickname

Use a nickname when you play. Do not enter someone else's real full name without their permission. Do not enter private personal information such as phone numbers, addresses, or emails.

4. Original content

Do not add content copied, translated, paraphrased, or closely imitated from third-party games, card games, board games, websites, TV shows, movies, books, social media posts, or copyrighted quizzes.

All custom content must be original.

5. Pop culture references

Any pop culture references in the game are brief, original references used for entertainment. They are non-defamatory and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with any third party.

Ranking King is an independent party game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any third-party brand, creator, show, movie, game, or platform mentioned in prompts.

6. Player comfort

If a prompt or game moment feels uncomfortable, players should feel free to skip, leave, or ask the host to move on. The host should use room controls responsibly and keep the game friendly for everyone.

7. Host responsibility

The host creates and controls the room. Hosts are responsible for keeping the game fun and respectful. Ranking King may not be used as a tool to embarrass, target, or harm other players.

8. No warranties

Ranking King is provided as-is for entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. These terms do not remove any rights that cannot legally be waived.
